摘 要:在ZL205合金凝固过程中施加了一定的机械振动,采用正交实验法研究了机械振动频率、振动幅度、细杆直径和起振温度对合金显微裂纹的影响。结果表明,四种机械振动工艺参数中,对热裂纹影响从大至小的顺序为:细杆直径>振动频率>起振温度>振动幅度;当ZL205合金的机械振动频率为15 Hz、机械振动频率为0.4 mm、细杆直径为30 mm、起振温度为640℃时,可以获得热裂纹倾向最小的合金铸件。The ZL205 alloy was exerted with certain mechanical vibration during solidification process, the effect of the mechanical vibration frequency, vibration amplitude, vibration and impact of rod diameter temperature on alloy micro cracks was studied by orthogonal experimental method. The results show that in the four mechanical vibration parameters, the order of influencing thermal crack fi:om large to small is: fine rod diameter 〉 vibration frequency 〉 play vibration temperature 〉 vibration amplitude; when the mechanical vibration frequency is 15 Hz, vibration amplitude is 0.4 mm, thin rod diameter is 30 mm, start vibration temperature is 640 ℃, the ZL205 alloy castings with smallest hot crack tendency can be obtained.
