摘　　要：对影响包装箱密封性能的因素进行了分析研究,结合包装箱的结构要求进行了密封面结构设计及密封条的设计,并设计了箱体上安装件的安装结构,利用有限元方法分析了包装箱主体(玻璃钢)结构机械强度,并对玻璃钢主体零件的成型工艺进行了研究,最后通过试验验证,确定了设计的可靠性,为类似产品(水下航行体)的包装、存贮提供了一定的应用参考。In this paper, the fac.tors that ＇affecting the sealing performance of the box were analyzed. The structure of the sealing surface and the design of the sealing strip were designed according to the structural requirements of the paeking box. The installation structure of the box was designed. Tile mechanical strength of the main structure of FRP was analyzed by finite element method, and the forming process of FRP main parts was studied. Finally, the reliability of the design was confirmed hy the experiment. It could provid certain application reference for the packaging and storage of similar products （ uaderwater vehicles ）.
