摘  要:在某汽车驱动桥壳参数化模型的基础上,利用UG软件系统CAE分析模块建立了在最大垂向力工况下驱动桥壳的动静态性能分析模型。通过静力学分析得到桥壳的应力和位移分布规律,对桥壳动态分析得到桥壳的1~5阶固有频率。在此基础上,分析论述了桥壳厚度对固有频率的影响,结果表明降低桥壳厚度可以提高其低阶固有频率,从而提高桥壳刚度。通过减小桥壳厚度对桥壳进行以轻量化为目标的优化设计,结果表明优化后桥壳轻量化效果明显,应力与变形符合要求。A parametric model for a light vehicle driving axle housing was established with UG.The disribution of stress and displacement were obtained by static analysis under the maximum vertical force condition with the CAE module of UG. The natural frequencies of axle housing from 1 to 5 were obtained through dynamic analysis. The effect of thickness about axle housing on the natural frequencies of the results showed that reducing the thickness of the axle could increase its low-order natural frequency, thereby increasing the stiffness of the axle housing. Finally, to make it lighter, the axle housing was optimized by reducing its thickness. Finite element analysis results showed that the optimized axle housing is not only of light weight but also meets the requirements of stress and deformation.
