摘  要:根据赫兹接触理论,对所提出的车用类球面无级变速器中的阿基米德螺旋面加压机构的自适应性能进行分析及计算,并与钢球V形槽加压机构做了分析与对比;探讨了加压螺旋面螺旋升角的最佳取值范围。结果表明:该加压机构的传动系数比钢球V形槽加压机构有明显的下降,可避免钢球V形槽加压产生的强烈冲击而导致的加压失效状况,有效提高变速器的承载能力,自适应加压性能更优异。此外,采用ABAQUS软件的分析方法,对该加压机构在汽车整个行驶工况下的接触应力进行了计算和分析。验证了该加压机构的强度足以满足设计要求。According to the Hertz contact theory, the adaptive performance of pressure mechanism with Archimedes helicoid in the automobile ball type traction continuously-variable-transmission proposed by our research group was analyzed and calculated, and the analysis and comparison of both the pressure mechanism with Archimedes helicoid and the pressure mechanism with steel balls and V grooves were performed. In addition, the optimum selecting range of helical angle of pressure helicoid was discussed. The results show that, compared with the pressure mechanism with steel balls and V grooves, the transmission coefficient of the present pressure mechanism is decreased obviously. As a result, the pressurization failure caused by the severe shock generated by pressure between steel balls and V grooves can be avoided, the carrying capacity of the transmission can be improved effectively, and the adaptive pres- sure performance is much more excellent. In addition, the contact stress of the pressure mechanism in the whole driving cycle was cal- culated and analyzed by using ABAQUS software. It is verified that the strength of this mechanism enough meets the design require- ments.
