摘 要:介绍了胺法冷芯盒树脂旧砂对型砂质量影响的试验方法,得出以下结论:(1)A类砂对型砂质量几乎没有什么影响;B类冷芯盒树脂砂占比达到15%时,型砂的紧实率和热湿拉强度开始下降;C类冷芯盒树脂砂会使型砂质量明显下降,尤其是热湿拉强度的下降率一般都大于20%。(2)A类砂和B类砂对提升铸件表面粗糙度有益而无害,可作为新砂使用;但C类砂占比达到10%或B类砂占比大于15%时,铸件会出现顽固性夹砂缺陷。(3)在热湿拉强度难以完全恢复而铸件又出现夹砂陷时,可改变原砂粒度分布和集中度,在缺陷部位预置渣油面砂,可有效预防缺陷的产生。The testing methodology of the effect of amine cold box resin reused sand on quality was introduced. Conclusions could be drown as follow: (1)Class A sand had little impact on the quality. When class B sand accounted cold box resin for 15% ,sand compaction and thermal wet tensile strength began to decline. Class C cold box resin sand quality will decline significantly,especially in the rate of hot wet tensile strength,it was generally greater than 20%.(2)Class A and class B sand were beneficial on casting surface roughness and no harmless. They could be used as new sand. But class C sand accounted above 10% or class B share more than 15%,sand inclusions defect appears intractable. (3)When tensile strength of heat and moisture could not be completely restored and the sand inclusions was found ,changing the original distribution and the degree of concentration and use residual surface sand on defect part could effectively prevent defects.
