摘　　要：有机化学作为药学类学生的核心基础课程,在培养学生专业实践能力上至关重要。基于高职学生有机化学学情分析及人才的培养需求,需要对高职传统有机化学教学方法和手段进行改革。本文介绍了苏格拉底教学法的概念、在有机化学课堂教学中的实施过程及其引入的必要性。Oganic chemistry is very important in cultivating practical abilities of students as the core basic curriculums in higher vocational college. Based on the demand of talents fostering and study state,the traditional teaching methods and means needed to be changed. This paper introduces the concept,necessity and implementation process of the socratic teaching methods in the teaching of organic chemistry.
