摘　　要：医学是一门实践性科学,加强医学生临床技能是医学教育改革的主要目的。全国大学生临床技能竞赛及其培训的开展,对现有医学教育模式提出了新的挑战。而从神经外科临床实践教学的角度,分析目前存在的临床实践教学问题,结合全国大学生临床技能竞赛培训得到的教学启示,为神经外科临床教学改革带来新思路和方法。Medicine is a science for practice. To strengthen clinical skills of medical students is the main purpose of medical education reform. National clinical skill competition and its training bring new challenges for current medical education pattern. And from the perspective of neurosurgery clinical course, we further analyze the existing problems and provide new ideas and methods for the neurosurgery clinical course from the enlightment from national clinical skill competition training.
