摘　　要：人民警察核心价值观是人民警察队伍在公安实践中形成的主导价值观念,是提升公安队伍的凝聚力与战斗力的有利保证,因此积极培育人民警察核心价值观具有重要的现实意义。从心理学的角度出发,把人民警察核心价值观作为个体心理现象加以研究,通过心理教育、心理体验、心理训练、心理疏导等途径,有利于凸显人民警察角色认同,强化人民警察价值确认,促进人民警察组织承诺以及保持人民警察心理平衡,从而更好地培育人民警察核心价值观。The core value of the people＇s police is one of the dominant values in police＇s practice, which can increase the rallying power and combat capability of the police. From the perspective of psychology, regarding the core value of people＇s police as individual psychological phenomenon is of great practical significance to the cultivation. In order to better cultivate police＇s core value, we can approach psychological education to highlight the police＇s role-identity, psychological experiences to strengthen police identification, psychological training to keep police＇s psychological balance, psychological counseling to promote police organizational commitment, and so on.
