Src表达与甲状腺乳头状癌中央区淋巴结转移的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究甲状腺乳头状癌组织中Src的表达与中央区淋巴结转移及其他临床病理特征的相关性。方法采用组织芯片和免疫组织化学技术对88例甲状腺乳头状癌患者组织标本中的Src进行检测。采用卡方检验分析Src的表达与甲状腺乳头状癌临床病理特征的关系,采用Logistic回归模型分析中央区淋巴结转移的危险因素。所有数据分析均使用SPSS 22.0统计软件。结果 88例甲状腺乳头状癌组织中Src阳性率为43.2%,在中央区淋巴结转移阳性组,Src阳性率为65.0%,卡方检验结果表明Src的表达与中央区淋巴结转移、TNM分期显著相关(均P<0.05),Src的表达与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、癌灶多少、甲状腺包膜浸润无相关关系(均P>0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示Src阳性是甲状腺乳头状癌中央区淋巴结转移的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 Src的表达与甲状腺乳头状癌中央区淋巴结转移密切相关,检测Src表达水平可能有助于临床决策,Src抑制剂或可作为甲状腺乳头状癌术后颈部淋巴结复发和转移的新型靶向治疗药物。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Src and clinicopathological characteristics,and evaluate influence of Src on central lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods Tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry technique were used to detect Src expression in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues of 88 cases Chisquare test was used to assess the relationship between Src expression and clinicopathological characteristics,and logistic regression model was used to investigate the risk factors for central lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma All data were analyzed by using SPSS statistics version 22.0 software.Results In the papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues of 88 patients,Src positive rate was 43.2%,and in group of patients with central lymph node metastasis,Src positive rate was 65.0%.Chisquare test showed that Src expression was significantly associated with central lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05） and TNM stage（P〈0.05）,and Src expression was not significantly correlated with tumor age,gender,tumor size,cancer lesion number,or thyroid capsule invasion（all P〈0.05）.Logistic regression analysis showed Src was an independent risk factor for central lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Src expression is strongly linked to central lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma Testing Src expression level may be helpful to decide therapeutic strategies and Src inhibitor may be a new target therapeutic drug for cervical lymph node recurrence and metastasis of postoperative papillary thyroid carcinoma.
