摘  要:由机械屏障、化学屏障、生物屏障、免疫屏障组成的肠道黏膜屏障可有效阻挡人体不受病原体的侵袭。在高原特殊的环境下,肠道黏膜屏障易受到损伤,肠道内细菌与内毒素移位,激活机体免疫系统,释放炎症介质,因此肠源性因素是急性重症高原病的一个重要动因。本文结合文献讨论肠道黏膜屏障损伤机制及其在全身炎症反应综合征(systemic inflammation response syndrome,SIRS)与多器官功能障碍综合征(multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,MODS)中的作用,旨在为急性重症高原病的预防与治疗提供借鉴。The gut barrier consists of mechanical barrier,chemical barrier,bio-barrier and immune barrier,and it effectively protects the body from invasion of pathogens although the gut was contact with huge number of pathogens everyday. In the high altitude environment,failure of the gut barrier subsequently allows passage of bacteria and endotoxin from the gut lumen to the mesenteric lymph and systemic circulation,it leads to activation of the immune inflammatory system and immune inflammatory mediators,the role of gut may as the "motor"of acute severe mountain sickness. This paper discussed the possible mechanism of impaired gut barrier function and the gut contribute to the systemic inflammation response syndrome( SIRS) and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome( MODS) by retrieving relevant domestic and foreign literature,so as to provide reference for prevention and treatment of acute severe mountain sickness.
