摘　　要：本文阐述了高校安全工作精细化管理的实施概况,分析高校安全工作精细化管理存在观念不明朗、机制不完善、执行不到位等瓶颈问题,并提出实施过程中应把握的突破点、关键点和核心点。This paper elaborates the implem.entation of the refined management of college security work, analyzes the problems existing in it, such as unclear management concepts, imperfect mechanism and inefficient implementation, and then puts forward that the breakthrough point, key point and core point should be grasped in the implementation.
