摘  要:目的:观察滋阴明目丸对SD大鼠视网膜损伤时氧自由基代谢的影响,探讨滋阴明目丸对视网膜光损伤大鼠模型的保护作用和机制。方法:SD大鼠60只,随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、滋阴明目丸低剂量组、滋阴明目丸中剂量组、滋阴明目丸高剂量组,共6组,每组10只。空白对照组不予处理,其余组均建立自制光损伤装置模型,光照后3 d开始灌胃,连续15 d。取大鼠视网膜组织,测定各组总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性变化和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:T-SOD含量和GSHPx含量,模型对照组及各给药组与空白对照组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);滋阴明目丸中、高剂量组及杞菊地黄丸与模型对照组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。CAT含量,模型对照组及各给药组与空白对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);滋阴明目丸中、高剂量组及杞菊地黄丸与模型对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MDA含量,模型对照组及各给药组与空白对照组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);滋阴明目丸中、高剂量组及杞菊地黄丸与模型对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴明目丸具有干预氧自由基代谢的作用,可以减少脂质过氧化物的产生,明显减轻光照引起的视网膜氧化应激损伤,对视网膜功能起保护作用。Objective: To observe the effect of oxygen free radical metabolism Yin-enriching and Eye-brightening Pill ( YEP ) on SD rat retina light damage. Methods : Sixty SD rats, were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, YEP high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group, Qiju Dihuang Pill group. To establish a model of light damage device, 3 days after the start of the light, 15 days. Retinal tissue was taken to determine the content of total superoxide dismutase ( T-SOD ), glutathione peroxidase ( GSH-Px ), catalase ( CAT ) and malondialdehyde ( MDA ) in rats. Results : The content of GSH-Px and T-SOD, the model control group and drug group compared with the control group, with significant difference (P〈0.01); YEP in high dose group and Qiju Dihuang Pill group compared with the control group, with significant difference (P〈0.01); the content of CAT, the model control group and each group compared with the control group, the difference was significant ( P〈0.05 ); YEP in high dose group and Qiju Dihuang Pill group compared with the control group, the difference was significant ( P〈0.05 ); the content of MDA, the model control group and each treatment group compared with the control group, the difference was significant ( P〈0.01 ); YEP in high dose group and Qiju Dihuang Pill group compared with the control group, the difference was significant ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion: YEP has effect on interfering oxygen free radical metabolism, can reduce the generation of lipid peroxides, significantly reduce light induced retinal oxidative stress injury, has protective effect on retinal function.
