从“阳化气,阴成形”论治肺癌

摘　　要：肺癌是肺系病最常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率和死亡率逐年升高,早期可采取手术治疗,但其起病隐匿,早期缺乏明显症状,多半患者发现肺癌时已处于晚期阶段,其中符合手术指征者不足1/3,难以采取手术手段治愈。肺癌属于祖国医学"咳嗽""咯血""胸痛""肺积""息贲"等范畴,《黄帝内经》所言"阳化气,阴成形"是对肿瘤本质和病机的高度概括。临证应在"阳化气,阴成形"的大前提下,辨证阴阳的多寡,依据"阳化气"及"阴成形"的能力,四诊合参,综合考虑阴阳失衡的切入点,扶阳抑阴,培元固本,灵活用药,应用温阳类药物以助阳化气,辅阴成形,从而达到阴平阳秘的状态。该文从"阳化气,阴成形"论治肺癌,以期为肺癌的治疗提供理论指导,提高生活质量,延长生存期,取得一定的临床疗效。Lung cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the lung, its incidence and mortality rate increased year by year, early surgical treatment can be taken, but the onset of bidden, early lack of obvious symptoms, most patients found that lung cancer has been in the late stage, which meet the surgical indications are less than 1/3, it is difficult to take surgical treatment to cure. Lung cancer belongs to the motherland medicine for ＂cough hemoptysis chest pain lungs＂ and ＂＇Xiben＂ category, the Inner Canon of Huangdi said ＂Yang transform Qi, Yin forming＂ is the high generalization of the nature of the tumor and the pathogenesis of the diseases. The card should be in the ＂Yang transform Qi, Yin forming＂, according to the amount of differentiation of Yin and Yang, ＂Yang transform Qi＂ and ＂Yin forming＂ energy ,four diagnostic methods, considering the starting point of the imbalance of Yin and Yang, Yang and Yin suppression, Peiyuan, flexible use, application of Wenyang drug to help Yang transform Qi, Yin auxiliary forming, in order to achieve the balance of Yin and Yang state. This article from the ＂Yang transform Qi, Yin forming＂ on the treatment of lung cancer, in order to provide theoretical guidance for the treatment of lung cancer, improve the quality of life, to prolong the survival time and obtain some clinical curative effect.
