摘　　要：高校文化管理就是以文化为根本手段,以人为根本出发点,以人的价值实现为最终目的的一种管理理念和模式。医学教育因其专业特殊,必然凸显人文性,应实施文化管理的有效手段达成精神重塑。从科学管理过渡至文化管理,反映了高校作为文化先导的创新性与影响力。University cultural management is a management con- cept and model with culture as the basic means, people as the fundamental starting point, and the realization of people＇s vale as the ultimate goal. Due to its particularity, medical education will inevitably highlight humanity, so effective means of cultural management should be implemented to achieve mental remodeling. The transition from scientific management to cultural management reflects the innovation and influence of universities as the forerunner of culture.
