建立高职高专学生入党积极分子志愿服务制度的实践与思考

摘　　要：大学生志愿服务精神与党全心全意为人民服务的宗旨一致,与高职高专人才培养的目标相契合。建立入党积极分子志愿服务制度能够促进大学生入党积极分子对党的宗旨意识的认识和奉献精神的培养,是创新大学生入党积极分子培养和考察机制的新途径,是适应新时期高校党建工作的要求。落实好入党积极分子志愿服务活动制度,除了完善志愿者注册管理制度,还要坚守志愿服务的"志愿性",同时要把志愿服务与思想汇报制度、党课制度结合起来。The voluntary service spirit of college students is in line with the Party＇s aim of serving the people heart and soul as well as the talent cultivation objective of higher vocational colleges. Establishing a voluntary service system for student Party activists can promote their consciousness of the Party＇s aim and cultivate their spirit of dedication, so it is a new approach to cultivate and evaluate Party activists, as well as a requirement of Party building in the new period. To implement the system, we should not only improve the registration and management system of volunteers, but also adhere to the ＂voluntary＂ nature of voluntary service and combine voluntary service with the system of experience report and Party lesson.
