浅谈“以人为本”思想在幼儿园管理工作中的运用

摘　　要：在教学改革不断推进的过程中,国家对于学前教育事业发展越发重视,且在最新推行的教育改革以及发展规划纲要中明确提出学期教育作为义务制教育的发展基础,更应注重幼儿园管理工作的建设与发展,形成以人为本的管理理念。本文笔者将从以人为本的管理涵义出发,对现下幼儿园管理工作中存在的问题以及"以人为本"管理思想的运用提出以下建议。In the continuous progress of teaching reform, more and more importance has been attached to preschool education in China. In the latest education reform and development plan, it is clearly pointed out that preschool education is the foundation of compulsory education development, so the construction and development of kindergarten management should be emphasized and the people-oriented management idea should form. Starting from the connotation of the people-oriented management, the writer analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions.
