卵巢浆液性癌组织中P53、cyclinB1及SIRT1的表达及与临床病理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的研究卵巢浆液性癌组织中P53、cyclin B1、SIRT1的表达,并探讨其与卵巢浆液性癌的临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测25例卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤、23例交界性卵巢浆液性肿瘤和32例卵巢浆液性癌组织中P53、cyclin B1、SIRT1的表达。结果 P53在卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤、交界性卵巢浆液性肿瘤及卵巢浆液性癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为4.17%、13.04%、53.13%,cyclin B1阳性表达率分别为12.00%、21.74%、78.13%,SIRT1阳性表达率分别为16.00%、13.04%、62.50%,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);P53、cyclin B1、SIRT1在卵巢浆液性癌中的阳性表达率明显高于良性肿瘤和交界性卵巢浆液性肿瘤。P53、cyclin B1在不同临床分期、分化程度及淋巴结有无转移的癌组织中的表达均具有显著差异(P<0.05);SIRT1在不同分化程度和淋巴结有无转移的组间表达的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在不同临床分期的组间表达的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 P53、cyclin B1及SIRT1在卵巢浆液性癌组织中均呈高表达,且与卵巢浆液性癌的分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移有密切关系。Objective To study the expressions of P53, cyclinB1 and SIRT1 in serous ovarian neoplasms and to explore their relation- ship with the clinicopathological features of ovarian serous carcinoma. Methods The expression levels of P53, cyclinB1 and SIRT1 in 25 cases of ovarian serous cystadenoma, 23 cases of borderline ovarian serous tumors and 32 cases of ovarian serous carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rates of P53, cyclinB 1 and SIRT1 in ovarian serous cystadenoma, borderline ovarian serous tumor and serous ovarian carcinoma were 4.17%, 13.04%, 53.13% and 12%, 21.74%, 78.13% and 16%, 13.04%, 62.50%, respectively, which showed significant differences between the groups （P〈0.05）. The positive expression rates of P53, cyclinB1 and SIRT1 in ovarian serous carcinoma were significantly higher than those in cystadenoma and borderline ovarian serous tumor （P〈O.05）. The differ- ences of expression levels of P53 and cyclinB1 in cancer tissues of different clinical stages, differentiation and lymph node metastasis were statistically significant. The expression levels of SIRT1 in tissues with different degrees of differentiation or lymph node metastasis showed significant differences, but they showed no significant difference in different clinical stage subgroups. Conclusion P53, cyclinB1 and SIRT1 were highly expressed in ovarian serous carcinoma, and their expressions were closely related to the differentiation degree, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of ovarian serous carcinoma.
