依达拉奉注射液联合丹参多酚酸盐对脑梗死患者脑血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察依达拉奉注射液联合丹参多酚酸盐对脑梗死患者脑血流动力学的影响。方法 106例脑梗死患者随机分为2组。对照组给予降压、脱水和抗凝等常规治疗并静脉滴注依达拉奉注射液。联合治疗组在对照组基础上静脉滴注注射用丹参多酚酸盐。比较2组患者治疗前后全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血细胞比容、血浆黏度等血液流变指标;比较2组患者治疗前后最大峰值流速、舒张末流速、血管搏动指数和血管阻力指数等脑血流动力学指标变化;采用欧洲卒中量表(ESS)计算神经功能缺损评分分值及总有效率。结果联合给药组治疗后ESS分值及总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05),血液流变学和脑血流动力学各指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉与丹参多酚酸盐两药联用治疗脑梗死可以降低脑梗死患者血液黏滞度,改善脑血流动力学。Objective To explore the effect of edaravone injection combined with salvianolate on cerebral hemodynamics of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 106 patients with cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given antihypertensive,dehydration and anticoagulation therapy and intravenous infusion of edaravone injection. Combined treatment group was given intravenous infusion of salvianolate on the basis of the control group. The platelet aggregation rate,whole blood viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematuria,peak flow rate,end-diastolic flow velocity,pulsatility index and vascular resistance indexes before and after treatment were compared between two groups. The total effective rate and neurological deficit scores were evaluated after treatment by the European Stroke Scale（ ESS）. Results The ESS score and the total effective rate of the combined treatment group were significantly better than the control group,and the indexes of hemorheology were significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The edaravone injection combined with salvianolate can reduce blood viscosity and improve cerebral hemodynamics in patients with cerebral infarction.
