静脉营养支持在晚期恶性肿瘤患者中的应用及对其生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察静脉营养支持在晚期恶性肿瘤患者中的应用及对其生活质量的影响。方法将102例晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机平均分成观察组和对照组,每组各51例。2组患者均采用常规化疗治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者给予静脉营养支持。比较2组患者治疗前后血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(Alb)、T淋巴细胞亚群、体质量指数(BMI)以及生活质量(QOL)评分的变化。结果治疗后,观察组患者的Hb和Alb水平、BMI指数以及QOL评分均明显提升,且各项差异均具有统计学意(P<0.05)。而对照组的Hb和Alb水平、BMI指数以及QOL评分在治疗前后均无显著变化(P>0.05)。观察组患者的CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+治疗后均显著提升(P<0.05),而CD8+治疗前后无显著变化(P>0.05)。对照组患者的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+和CD4+/CD8+治疗前后均无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论静脉营养支持在晚期恶性肿瘤患者中应用效果较佳,能显著提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe application of intravenous nutrition support in patients with advanced cancer and its influence on the quality of life. Methods A total of 102 patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 51 cases per group. Both groups were given chemotherapy and observation group was additionally given intravenous fluid. Then the hemoglobin（ Hb）,albumin（ Alb）,T lymphocyte subsets,body mass index（ BMI）and quality of life（ QOL） of patients in two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results The Hb,Alb,BMI and QOL of observation group were all increased obviously after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The Hb,Alb,BMI and QOL of control group had no significant changes after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Besides,the levels of CD3^＋,CD4^＋and CD4^＋/CD8^＋of patients in observation group significantly increased after treatment（ P〈0. 05）,but the CD8＋level had no significant changes（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in levels of CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD8^＋and CD4^＋/CD8^＋in the control group after treatment. Conclusion Intravenous nutrition support for patients with advanced cancer is effective and can improve the quality of life apparently.
