摘 要:针对退耦电感在多级电涌保护系统中应用的问题,通过对雷电波经过串联电感的理论分析,串联电感对雷电波的传输有阻碍的作用,降低雷电波的陡度。利用理论与试验相结合的方法,采用雷电冲击平台模拟8/20μs的雷电流,对两级ZnO压敏电阻组成的电涌保护系统串联不同的退耦电感进行冲击试验,试验得出:两级相同参考电压的ZnO压敏电阻配合应用中,第一级ZnO压敏电阻残压及通流均大于第二级,第一级ZnO压敏电阻在雷电过电压的防护中主要起到释放雷电波能量的作用;在相同雷电冲击电压下,退耦电感的电感值越大,第一级ZnO压敏电阻通流、残压及吸收能量将增加,第二级ZnO压敏电阻通流、残压及吸收能量将减少。在限压型电涌保护器的实际应用中具有参考价值意义。Based on the application of the decoupling inductance in the multilevel surge protection device (SPD) system, through the series inductance theoretical analysis of lightning wave, series inductance has the interruptive effect on the transmission of lighting wave. Combining the test and the theoretical analysis of lightning passing series connection inductance, simulating 8/20 p,s lightning waveform by the impulse current generator system (ICGS), the impulse test are carried out on different decoupling inductances in SPD system which consists of two stages ZnO varistors, the test results show that both the residual voltage and the current of first stage are larger than the second in ZnO varistors application with the same reference voltage for two stages, and the first stage mainly release the lightning wave energy in the lightning overvoltage protection; On the same condition of the impulse lightning voltage, the current, residual voltage and energy absorbing of the first stage ZnO varistors will increase and these of the second stage ZnO varistors will reduce with the increase of decoupling inductance value. It has reference for the application of the limiting voltage SPD.
