摘　　要：梁启超在《少年中国说》中曾经讲道：“少年智则国智,少年富则国富,少年强则国强。”毋庸置疑,青少年现在和将来的表现对国家发展和社会进步影响深远。近年来,济南市长清区人民法院立足自身职能优势,不断拓展司法的内涵和外延,通过多种方法和途径挽救了一个个失足青少年,使他们重新扬起了理想的风帆,找到了人生的坐标和航向。Liang Qichao siad in 'The Youths of China' that resourceful youths lead to a resourceful nation;strong youths lead to a strong country.It's undoubtedly true that the performance of the youth has a far-reaching influence on the country's development and social progress.Changqing District People's Court has been continuously developing the connotation and extension of justice with its functional superiority in recent years,employing various means and methods to save juvenile offenders and to help them put themselves back on track.
