摘  要:针对我国现在所用的高速动车组齿轮箱长期被国外垄断,且面临齿轮箱箱体裂纹故障频发的问题,对高速动车组用铝合金箱体进行重新设计。使用三维建模软件Solid Works创建箱体模型,对所设计箱体在短路和启动两种工况下进行载荷计算,并用有限元分析软件Workbench进行强度分析,仿真试验结果验证了所设计箱体在这两种工况都不会出现塑性变形和裂纹,根据TJ/JW 064—2015评估启动工况的分析结果,证明了所设计箱体满足列车运行的要求。所进行的研究工作对高速动车组齿轮箱的自主研发有重要的参考价值。Due to the current situation of Chinese high-speed motor train unit(EMU) gearbox monopolized by foreign for a long time,and facing the gearbox body cracking problems frequently,the aluminum alloy box body of high-speed EMU is redesigned.By using the three-dimensional modeling software Solid Works,the box body model is created,and the load calculation of the designed box body under two conditions of short circuit and startup is carried out separately.By using the finite element analysis software Workbench,the strength is analyzed,then the simulation test results verify the designed box body won't appear plastic deformation and crack in both working conditions.According to the analysis results evaluated by TJ / JW064-2015 in startup conditions,to testify that the designed housing meet the requirement of train operation.The research has important reference value to the independent research and development of the high speed Emu gearbox.
