摘 要:针对公铁两用车减速器多目标可靠性优化问题,首先要保证电动轮行星齿轮减速器工作状况良好,载荷条件满足传动要求。应用可靠性理论和优化设计技术,使得减速器质量减轻、材料节省、成本低,安全性能和可靠性提高。采用MATLAB优化工具箱来解决减速器的优化问题,将体积与重合度作为多目标优化函数,通过线性加权法把多目标优化问题转化为单目标问题来求解,利用安全系数法等约束要求建立数学模型。利用Fmincon函数进行优化计算分析得到最优解,使得优化设计参数比原设计参数更加合理,结果表明,提高了公铁两用车电动轮的工作性能。Aiming at the problem of multi-objective reliability optimization for the reducer of road-rail vehicle,firstly,it must be ensured that the electric wheel planetary gear reducer is in good working order and loading conditions meet the requirements of transmission.By applying the reliability theory and optimization design technology,the reducer weight reduction,materials saving,low cost can be realized safety and reliability is improved.The MATLAB optimization toolbox is used to solve the problem of the optimization of reducer.Taking the volume and contact ratio as multi-objective optimization function,then the multi-objective optimization problem is transformed into single-objective problem to solve by the linear weighted method.The mathematical model is established by using the safety factor method and other constraints.By using Fmincon function,the optimizing calculation and analysis are carried out,the optimal solution is got,which makes the optimization design parameters more reasonable than the original design parameters.Consequently,the results show that the working performance of the electric wheel of the road-rail vehicle is improved.
