磁性附着体在临时义齿中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价磁性附着体应用于临时义齿修复的效果。方法为17位患者制作临时义齿修复,应用34副磁性附着体,待分次拔牙及牙周愈合后行最终修复,评估其临床效果。结果 34例磁性附着体只有1例在磁铁设置处折裂,2颗基牙出现龈缘炎,未发现继发龋、基牙松动、磁铁脱落。结论磁性附着体可提高临时义齿的固位力,解决患者在过渡期的美观和咀嚼问题。Objective To evaluate the effects of magnetic attachments on temporary denture. Method 34 magnetic attachments were used in temporary denture for 17 patients who needed a long period of serial extraction and periodontal healing before final restoration. The clinical effects were evaluated. Results Among the 34 abutments,1 magnetic attachments had base plate broken where the magnets were cemented,2 were found to have gingivitis,but none of them was found to have secondary caries,abutment looseness or magnet shedding. Conclusion Magnetic attachments can be used to improve the retention of temporary denture,and solve the problems of aesthetic and masticatory function in the transitional period.
