尿激酶溶栓治疗脑血栓临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨尿激酶溶栓治疗脑血栓的临床效果。方法 110例脑血栓患者作为此次研究对象,将其随机分成治疗组与对照组,各55例。两组均予以常规综合治疗,在此基础上对照组患者应用低分子肝素溶栓治疗,治疗组患者应用尿激酶溶栓治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后治疗组患者的神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)为(13.26±5.14)分低于对照组的(20.33±4.85)分,两组患者的NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为92.7%,对照组治疗总有效率为78.2%,治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿激酶溶栓治疗脑血栓患者能够获得良好的临床效果,可以显著改善患者的神经缺损情况,加快患者恢复,值得临床大力推广。Objective To explore clinical effect of urokinase thrombolysis therapy for cerebral thrombosis. Methods A total of 110 cerebral thrombosis patients as study subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 55 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional comprehensive therapy for both groups, the control group received low molecular heparin thrombolytic therapy, and the treatment group received urokinase thrombolysis therapy. Clinical effect was compared in two groups. Results After treatment, the treatment group had lower national institutes of health stroke scale（NIHSS） score as（13.26±5.14） points than（20.33±4.85） points in the control group. Both groups had lower NIHSS score after treatment than before treatment. All differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The treatment group had treatment total effective rate as 92.7%, which was 78.2% in the control group. The treatment group had obviously higher treatment total effective rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Urokinase thrombolysis therapy shows excellent clinical effect for the treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis, which can significantly improve nerve defect situation, promote recovery of patients. So it is worth clinical promotion.
