Objective:Pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH)is a serious threat to the health of maternal and child. Here,we present a statistical analysis of rs1801253 of ADRB1 gene and rs1042711,rs1042713 and rs1042714 of ADRB2 gene to investigate the relationship between PIH and normotensive pregnant women. Methods:284 cases of severe preeclampsia patients,111 cases of mild preeclampsia,109 cases of PIH and 317 healthy pregnant women was chosen from Huai′an maternal and child health care hospital;using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS)to investigate whether rs1801253,rs1042711,rs1042713 and rs1042714 are associated with PIH. Results:No significant difference of rs1042711,rs1042713 and rs1801253 were found out between case group and healthy control group. However, there was significant differences of rs1042714 between case group and healthy control group(P〈0.5). Conclusion:Rs1042714 of gene ADRB2 may be associated with the risk of mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia.
