唐氏综合征筛查高风险与社会危险因素的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨唐氏综合征筛查高风险与社会危险因素。方法选择2010年1月至2015年6月本院诊断唐氏综合征胎儿且于出生后确诊唐氏综合征患儿的母亲100例为研究组,同时选取同期出生正常儿母亲100例为对照组,采用调查分析形式,了解其与社会危险因素之间的相关性。结果研究组患儿母亲存在孕期化妆,孕期染发,孕期吸烟、饮酒,长时间使用手机和电脑,孕期接触放射性物质及孕期反复抗菌药物的比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05),规律服用叶酸的比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05),妊娠年龄超过35岁,孕期化妆,孕期染发,既往吸烟、饮酒,长时间使用手机和电脑,孕期接触放射性物质为发生唐氏综合征的独立危险因素。结论年龄超过35岁,孕期化妆、染发、吸烟、饮酒、长时间使用手机和电脑以及孕期接触放射性物质者孕育唐氏综合征胎儿几率显著增加,需提高临床重视。Objective：To investigate the risk factors of social risk with Down-syndrome. Methods：January 2010 to June 2015 in our hospital diagnosis of Down′s syndrome fetuses and infants after birth mothers for the study group confirmed 100 cases of Down syndrome,while select normal child birth mother 100 cases over the same period as the control group using survey forms of analysis,to understand its relevance and social risk factors between. Results：Of the study group of children with the mother during pregnancy,the presence of makeup,hair pregnancy,smoking during pregnancy,alcohol consumption,prolonged use of mobile phones and computers,pregnancy repeated exposure to radioactive substances and antimicrobial drugs during pregnancy was significantly higher proportion（P〈0.05）,regular use of folic acid independent risk ratio was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）,gestational age over 35 years,pregnancy makeup,hair pregnancy,previous smoking,drinking,prolonged use of mobile phones and computers,pregnancy exposure to radioactive material has occurred Down syndrome factor. Conclusion：Older than 35 years,pregnancy makeup,hair,smoking,drinking,prolonged use of mobile phones and computers as well as exposure to radioactive substances during pregnancy gave birth to Down syndrome fetuses were significantly increased probability,need to improve the clinical importance.
