第三军医大学第三附属医院近几年新生儿先天畸形相关因素的临床研究  

Clinical study on the related factors of newborn congenital malformation in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Third Military Medical University of Chinese people′s Liberation Army

摘　　要：目的研究近几年影响新生儿先天畸形的相关因素。方法随机选取2011年~2015年中国人民解放军第三军医大学第三附属医院收治的新生儿401例,分为对照组与观察组。对照组200例,健康新生儿。观察组201例,先天畸形新生儿。统计观察组新生儿先天畸形类型、比较2组新生儿单因素分析结果及观察组先天畸形相关因素Logistic回归性分析结果。结果观察组新生儿先天畸形类型有肢体短缺畸形、腹裂、消化系统畸形、先天性心脏病、21-三体综合征、颅面部畸形6种类型,其中先天性心脏病患儿77例(38.31%),肢体短缺畸形患儿50例(24.88%),颅面部畸形患儿31例(15.42%),其中先天畸形高危因素为妊娠合并症、吸烟酗酒、父亲慢性病、病毒感染、用药,保护因素为定期体检。结论影响新生儿先天畸形的相关因素有妊娠合并症、吸烟酗酒、父亲慢性病、病毒感染、用药,孕产妇应定期体检,养成良好的生活习惯,以降低先天畸形新生儿的出生率。Objective：To study the related factors of affecting neonatal congenital malformation in recent years. Methods：401 neonates admitted to XX hospital in 2011 -2015 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. Control group of 200 cases,healthy newborn. Observation group of 201 cases,congenital malformation of the newborn. Statistical observation group of neonatal congenital malformation type,comparison of the 2 groups of neonatal single factor analysis and observation group of congenital malformation associated factors Logistic regression analysis results. Results：The observation group of neonatal congenital malformation type limb malformation,shortage of gastrochisis,digestive system abnormalities,congenital heart disease,trisomy 21-syndrome,craniofacial deformity in 6 types,including 77 cases of children with congenital heart disease（38.31%）,50 cases of children with limb deformity shortage（24.88%）,31 cases（children with craniofacial deformity 15.42%）,among the high risk factors of congenital malformation for complications,smoking and alcohol abuse,the father of chronic disease,viral infection,pregnancy medication,protective factors for regular physical examination. Conclusion：The effect of related factors of neonatal congenital malformations have comorbidities,smoking and alcohol abuse,the father of chronic disease,virus infection,drug use during pregnancy,pregnant women should be regular physical examination,to develop good habits,in order to reduce the birth rate of neonatal congenital malformation.
