摘 要:目的评价离子热疗仪用于孕鼠的安全性。方法选取SPF级雌性大鼠22只,均购自山东大学实验动物中心,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各11只。使用离子热疗仪对Wistar见栓孕鼠进行处理,对孕鼠的一般情况、生殖能力、胎鼠的生长发育及骨骼发育情况进行观察,评估离子热疗仪用于孕鼠的安全性。结果实验组大鼠的毛色、精神均无异常,实验组大鼠确定妊娠9只(9/11),对照组大鼠确定妊娠8只(8/11),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组与对照组孕鼠的生殖能力,包括窝重、活仔总量、着床数、活胎数均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组均无死胎及畸胎发生;两组胎鼠的生长发育状况,包括体重、身长及尾长均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组胎鼠均未发现骨骼缺损、增减、溶合、骨化迟缓等异常发育情况。结论离子热疗仪用于孕鼠是安全的,对胎鼠无明显致畸作用。Objective To evaluate the safety of ion hyperthermia instrument used for pregnant rats. Methods Twenty-two SPF female rats from experimental animal centre in Shandong University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,11 rats in each group. Ion hyperthermia instrument was used to treat the pregnant rats. The general conditions and reproductive ability of pregnant rats,the growth and development of fetal rats and bone development of fetal rats were observed. The safety of ion hyperthermia instrument for pregnant rats was evaluated. Results In experimental group,hair color and spirit of the pregnant rats were good,and nine rats were pregnant among 11 rats,while in control group,8 rats were pregnant,there was no statistically significant difference in the pregnancy rate between experimental group and control group( P〉0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in reproductive capacity of pregnant rats between experimental group and control group,including litter weight,the total number of live litter,the number of implantation,the number of live birth( P〉0. 05). No stillbirth or fetal malformation occurred in the two groups. There was no statistically significant difference in growth and development conditions of fetal rats between experimental group and control group,including body weight,body length and tail length( P〉0. 05). No bone defects,increase and decrease,amalgamation,integration and delayed ossification occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Ion hyperthermia instrument is safe for pregnant rats,and it has no significant teratogenic effect on fetal rats.
