摘  要:发电权交易的目的是减小碳排放量和追求经济效益最大化。在发电权交易的过程中,发电机组的有功出力变化会影响系统潮流的变化,从而产生负荷裕度变小、碳排放量变大、网损变大等一系列问题。为解决以上问题,提出一种在满足碳排放量和静态电压稳定约束下,以网损最优为目标的发电权交易优化模型。采用约束松弛变量策略的中心校正内点法对该模型进行求解,并将网损和有功出力转换成煤耗直观体现节能减排目的。以IEEE30、EEE39、IEEE57、IEEE118系统进行算例验证,算例结果表明该模型具有一定的实用性和有效性。The target of generation right transaction is to reduce carbon emission and pursuit the maximum of economic benefit. In the process of generation right transaction, the changes of genset active power output will affect system power flow, resulting in small load margin, high carbon emission, high network loss and a series of questions. In allusion to the problems, a generation transaction model, in which the preset emission reduction is taken as the constraint and under the premise of ensuring the secure operation and static voltage stability of power system the optimal network loss of power system is taken as the objective, is proposed. The proposed model is solved by constraint slack variable based centrality correction interior point algorithm, and the network loss and active power output would be translated as coal consumption to reflect the purpose of energy-saving emission reduction directly. The practicability and effectiveness of the proposed method are validated by simulation results of IEEE 30-bus system, IEEE 39-bus system, IEEE 57-bus system and IEEE118-bus system.
