微时代背景下高校管理态势、范式及路径

摘　　要：微时代背景下,高校管理面临资源共享优势与学习能力弱化、打破时空界限与交往能力孱弱、新模式的应用与跟踪教育滞后、拉近师生距离与主体地位动摇的新态势,同时也衍生多维式管理、生成性管理、柔性化管理、软文化治理的新范式。为创新高校管理,需要进行微教育革新、微教学改革、微管理创新、微服务提档,全面落实以人为本。Under the background of micro era,university management faces new trends that the advantage of resources sharing and the weakening of learning ability,the breaking of the boundaries of time and space and the weakening of interaction skills,the application of a new model and the delay of tracking education,the closing of relationship between teachers and students and the shaking of dominant status. Meanwhile,it also derives a new paradigm of multidimensional management,generative management,flexible management,and soft cultural management. In order to innovate university management,micro-education reform,micro-teaching reform,micro-management innovation,micro-services improvement,full implementation of people-oriented are needed.
