摘　　要："确保开端"儿童中心是在英国"确保开端"项目实施过程中发展起来的一种为儿童及其家庭提供早期教育服务的机构或场所,其发展的经验可以概括为:不断深化和延展服务内容,确保每个儿童具有良好开端;因地制宜落实国家标准;注重与其他组织或团体的协调合作;为早期儿童家庭提供支持服务。这些经验对我国如何深化学前教育改革,提供普惠性和有质量保证的早期教育服务具有启示和借鉴意义。Sure Start Children Centre,as an institution or place with early educational services for young children and their families,has come into existence in the implementation of Sure Start in UK. Some experience of its practice can be summarized as follows：service items are being deepened and extended to maintain every children good start; local suitable measures are designed according to the national standards; great attention has been paid to the coordination with other organizations or groups; and the services are supported to early children families. All the experience above can provide references and inspiration to deepen our preschool education reform and make qualified early educational services.
