高校创业教育中服务性法规的应用研究

摘　　要：新时期社会经济发展势头日益强劲,"又好又快"是核心发展目标,在这种发展背景下,服务性法规所体现出的作用及意义更为直观。高校创业教育发展立足社会经济发展势头,对学生创业思维、创业方向进行科学引导,关注服务性法规并将其进行有效应用,使其成为全新侧重点。然而,高校创业教育服务性法规的运用现状存在一些不足,通过探索高校创业教育服务性法规的落实新方向,能够有效解决现存问题,进而展现出服务性法规为高校创业教育提供的便利条件。In contemporary society,with an increasing socio-economic development trend and good and fast development goal,the role and significance of service regulations are more intuitionally reflected. Based on the socio-economic development trend,college entrepreneurship education should focus on the scientific guidance of entrepreneurship thought and entrepreneurship direction,pay attention to service regulations and apply them effectively,which has become a new emphasis. However,there are still some shortages in application of service regulations in college entrepreneurship education. Through exploring the implementation direction of service regulations for college entrepreneurship education,it can effectively solve the existing problems,so as to reflect the convenience that service regulations bring to college entrepreneurship education.
