摘  要:适应以"岗位胜任能力"为核心的第三次全球医学教育变革,对基于岗位胜任能力的公共卫生硕士课程体系构建探讨。建议制定培养目标,阐明岗位胜任能力,明确课程设置的依据;结合实际需要,突出实用性与实践性,完善课程体系;加强师资队伍建设,深化交流合作,优化课程评价体系,保障课程质量。To adapt to the third global medical education reform with the core competence of "post compe- tency", we discussed the ideas of the new curricula system of public health courses for masters based on the post competencies. First, the teaching objectives should be developed and the post competency and the basis of the cur- riculum system should be clarified. Second, combined with practical needs, the practicality should be highlighted and the curriculum system should be optimized. Third, the construction of teaching staff should be strengthened, communication and cooperation should be deepened, and the curriculum evaluation system should be optimized to guarantee the course quality.
