摘  要:目的:研究在制取口腔印模前,多媒体辅助的医患信息交流方式对患者理解程度的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的120名患者随机分为对照组、视频组、图片组三组:对照组采用统一录制的音频资料向患者讲解口腔印模的相关知识;视频组和图片组在同样音频资料的基础上,分别采用视频或图片向患者传递口腔印模相关知识。利用问卷作答及印模制取过程中患者的行为评估得分对实验效果进行定量分析,并通过电话随访对患者的认可度进行调查。结果采用SPSS19.0软件对计量资料进行K-W检验,检验水准α=0.05。结果:视频和图片组中各有97.5%和87.5%的患者认为自己所接受的沟通方式良好,而对照组中只有42.5%的患者持同样看法。视频组的问卷及行为评估得分均显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),图片组的问卷得分优于对照组(P<0.05),但行为评估结果显示两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多媒体辅助的医患信息交流方式可促进患者对口腔印模的理解程度,增强信息传递的有效性,值得在临床工作中推广。Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of multimedia assisted information delivery on patients' understanding degree of oral impression taking. Methods: 120 patients who met the inclusion criteria were recruited, and divided into three groups randomly as follow: the control group, the video group and the picture group. The control group used a verbal record to deliver oral impression taking related information; the video group and the picture group delivered information with live movies or key pictures separately besides the same voiceover as the control group. The understanding level was assessed by questionnaire and patients' performance in the impression taking procedure quantitatively. Supple- mentary evaluation was conducted through telephone interview. Statistical tests were done by SPSS 19 software with Krus-kal-Wallis test, and a=0.05 was set in advance. Results: 97.5% in the video group and 87.5% in the picture group reported good or very good about the information delivery manner they received, while only 42.5% in the control group held the same opinion. The scores of the video group was significantly higher than the other two groups either in questionnaire or performance evaluation (p〈0.05). Comparing to the control group, the picture group was significantly higher in questionnaire (P〈0.05), while no statistical significance was found in performance evaluation (p〉0.05). Conclusion: Multimedia assisted medical information delivery could improve the degree of patient's understanding and deserves more application in clinical practice.
