摘  要:目的:介绍一种自配方二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷的制备方法并测试其理化性能,为开发国产牙科二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷建立基础。方法:选择锂铝硅酸盐(Li_2O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2)为玻璃的基质成分,通过熔融法制得玻璃样品,根据ISO6872标准对实验玻璃陶瓷进行晶相检测;通过三点弯曲法测定玻璃陶瓷的抗弯强度;通过失重法测试样品的乙酸溶解值;通过扫描电镜观察其显微结构。结果:本实验通过熔融法研制了以二硅酸锂(Li_2Si_2O_5)为主晶相的玻璃陶瓷,其抗弯强度为181MPa,乙酸溶解值为41μg·cm^(-2)。SEM结果显示试样为以棒状晶体为主的多晶形形貌。晶形形貌不够理想,散在分布的球形晶体对抗弯强度有一定影响,但主要晶形仍为有互锁作用的棒状晶体。结论:实验玻璃陶瓷的抗弯强度满足ISO6872标准对牙科陶瓷的基本要求但不足以用于固定桥和后牙单冠的修复,乙酸溶解值可满足临床需求。Objective:To introduce a preparation method and test the physical and chemical properties of a self formulated lithium disilicate glass-ceramic used as dental materials. Methods: Glass-ceramic samples were fabricated with melting method, using Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 as the basic composition. The crystalline phase of the glass-ceramic samples was evaluated according to ISO 6872. The flexural strength of the samples was records by three-point bending method, the acid dissolution value by weight-loss method. The microstructure of the samples was observed with Scanning Electron Microscope. Results: Glass-ceramic samples with a main crystalline phase of Li2SizO5 was developed. The flexural strength of the glass-ceramic samples was 181MPa, and the acid dissolution value was 41/xg.cm-:. The results of SEM showed that the samples had a multiple crystalline form with a main composition of the rodlike crystals. The crystal morphology was unsatisfactory and the sporadic spherical crystals had an effect on the flexural strength, while the main composition was still the interlocking rodlike crystals. Conclusions: The flexural strength of the samples in this study meet the requirements of dental ceramic materials according to the ISO 6872, but the samples are not available to the fixed bridge and crowns of the molar. The acid dissolution value of the glass-ceramic meets the clinical requirements.
