摘 要:目的探讨健康教育在消化肿瘤内科护士责任认同感与不良情绪调节中的应用效果。方法选择2015年1月至2016年2月全国10家医院的60例消化肿瘤内科护士作为本次研究的对象,按照是否接受健康教育,将其分为两个组,即观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组实行常规的护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上增加健康教育,并分析健康教育在责任认同感与不良情绪调节中应用效果。结果观察组的护士责任认同感普遍比对照组更强,每条具体项目均与对照组有明显的差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良情绪情况和对照组相比,评分均更低,从具体的每条项目看,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士的责任认同感和不良情绪在控制症状、心理辅导方面,均有相关性,有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在支持家属方面并不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过健康教育,能对消化肿瘤内科护士进行心理干预,提高其责任认同感,降低不良情绪的出现,有利于提高护士的综合能力,临床效果明显,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of health education on identity of responsibility regulation of bad mood of nurses in digestive oncology department. Methods A total of 60 nurses in digestive oncology department of 10 hospitals from January 2015 to February 2016 were included in this study. All nurses were divided into two groups, the observation group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases), based on whether received health education or not. Nurses in control group received routine care, while nurses in observation group received both routine care and health education. The effect of health education on responsibility identification and regulation of bad mood was analyzed. Results Responsibility identification of nurses in observation group was stronger than that in control group. Each specific item of the two groups was significantly different from each other, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05); Compared with control group, scores of bad mood in observation group were significantly lower. Each specific item of the two groups was significantly different from each other, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05); There were negative correlation among responsibility identification, bad mood, syndrome control, psychological guidance and total scores with statistical significance. However, there was no statistical significance in the aspect of support from family members (P〉0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention could be performed among nurses in digestive oncology department through health education which can improve nurses" responsibility identification and reduce the incidence rate of bad mood. Health education is conducive to improving comprehensive ability of nurses, has effective effect and is worth to be popularized.
