摘  要:为实现世界一流学科卓越教学,推动世界一流大学建设,世界著名大学纷纷遵循"教与学学术"思想开展了一流学科卓越教学探索。近年来,爱尔兰都柏林大学为实现一流学科卓越教学,通过搭建虚拟+实体+基层的教与学学术共同体平台、实施项目制、培育支持性教学文化以及全方位立体化的资源支持,形成了系统、全面、有效的卓越教学发展路径。In order to achieve the excellent teaching in the world-class discipline, to promote the construction of world-class universities, the world famous universities have followed the idea of 'scholarship of teaching and learning' to explore the excellent teaching in the top disciplines. In recent years, University College Dublin in Ireland tries to search a way to achieve the excellent teaching in the top disciplines. Through setting up the academic community of teaching and learning which is composed of virtual platforms, entities and grassroots organizations, implementing project system, fostering a supportive teaching culture and all-round resource supports, University College Dublin in Ireland have formed a systematic, comprehensive and effective development path of excellent teaching.
