摘　　要：在我国高校学生思想政治教育工作中客观存在着多种重要的公共关系。在实际工作中扮演"公关员"角色的辅导员应立足于校内外多重交往关系,积极构建"真善美"的公共关系,这对辅导员的素质提出了要求。而现代公关思想为辅导员以能力为本位的综合素质的培养和公关艺术的运用提供了借鉴和参考。There are a variety of important public relations objectively existing in the ideological and political education of Chinese college students. So theuniverisity counselors who play ＂the role of public relation officer＂ should actively build the public relations based on Internal and external multiple communica-tion relations,tncluding virtue？ goodness and beauty,which makeshigher demands of the quality of the u-niversity counselors. However,the ideas of modern public relations provide the references for the compe-tency-based training of comprehensive quality and the application of public relations.
