摘　　要：随着社会经济不断发展,相应带动了建筑行业的飞速发展,对于现代建筑企业而言,工程造价控制直接关系到企业的综合经济收益。传统建筑企业习惯利用粗犷式管理模式进行工程造价控制,实际工作效果较差,而现代BIM技术,通过建立建筑信息模型进行工作造价控制,可有效提高造价控制的科学性和准确性。这种背景下,结合BIM技术强化工程造价教学,培养高素质的工程造价控制人才,对于促进现代建筑企业的进一步发展,具有重要的现实意义。With the continuous development of social economy, and the rapid development of the construction industry, for the modern construction enterprises, the project cost control is directly related to the overall economic benefits of the enterprise. The traditional construction enterprises use the extensive management mode of project cost control, the effect of the actual work is poor, and modern BIM technology,through the establishment of building information model, can effectively improve the scientificity and accuracy of cost control. Under this background, it is of great practical significance to promote the further development of the modern construction enterprises by combining the BIM technology to strengthen the teaching of engineering cost and to train the high quality project cost control personnel.
