新规则下电子护具计分对跆拳道竞技运动员训练策略的影响——以浙江省2016年青少年跆拳道锦标赛为例

摘　　要：通过对浙江省2016年青少年跆拳道锦标赛比赛录像分析发现:运动员对电子护具的计分方式不适应、上分率极低,电子护具计分新规则的介入对青少年竞技跆拳道技战术训练影响显著。并提出建议:在比赛中运动员获胜不仅依靠技战术能力,还要了熟悉电子护具的得分原理,并在训练中针对电子护具感应点进行适应性训练。Based on the Zhejiang Province in 2016 Taekwondo Championship tournament athletes scores of video analysis and tactics use statistics,investigation,found from the ordinary gear transition to electronic gear,many athletes of PSS scores are not adapt to,the rate is very low,so that players can not play their strength.The PSS intervention had a significant impact on the Youth Athletic taekwondo training strategy.In the game winning athletes not only rely on their own technical and tactical ability,but also familiar with the score principle of electronic protector,and adaptive training in training for the electronic gear induction point.In this paper,the use of live video to sort out the changes in the use of scoring techniques and tactics of athletes,the daily training of the athletes put forward the corresponding recommendations and requirements.
