普拉洛芬滴眼液应用于白内障术后炎症的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨普拉洛芬滴眼液对白内障术后炎症治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2013年12月—2015年12月收治的184例白内障患者作为研究对象,随机分成两组,观察组92例(116眼)患者应用普拉洛芬及氟米龙滴眼液治疗,对照组92例(112眼)患者应用氟米龙滴眼液。分析比较两组患者症状及体征评分、前房闪辉值及黄斑中心凹厚度等指标。结果观察组与对照组相比,术后7、14、30 d的眼部症状及体征评分分别为(2.97±1.25)分、(1.53±0.45)分、(1.09±0.28)分及前房闪辉值(6.34±1.44)、(4.97±1.26)、(3.25±0.68)pc/ms均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);黄斑中心凹厚度术后14 d(173.6±18.5)μm、30 d(175.9±17.5)μm较对照组均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普拉洛芬滴眼液能够有效治疗白内障患者术后炎症反应,临床效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effects of pranoprofen eye drops to control inflammation after cataract surgery.Methods Convenient selection our hospital 184 cases of cataract patients from December 2013 to December 2015 as the object of study, were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group of 92 cases（116 eyes） and Fluorometholone Eye Drops application pranoprofen treatment, the control group of 92 cases（112 eyes） with Fluorometholone Eye Drops. The scores of symptom and physical sign, the value of anterior chamber and the thickness of macular center of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, postoperative ocular symptoms and signs were 7, 14 and 30 d scores were（2.97 ± 1.25）point,（1.53 ± 0.45）point,（1.09 ± 0.28）point and anterior chamber flare value（6.34±1.44）,（4.97±1.26）,（3.25±0.68）pc/ms were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;14d postoperative macular foveal thickness（173.6 ± 18.5）μm, 30 d（175.9 ± 17.5）μm were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pranoprofen eye drop has good curative effect on treating postoperative inflammation of cataract and can improve significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients.
