针对口腔种植修复牙列缺损的美学观察及效果探究

摘　　要：目的研究口腔种植修复牙列缺损的美学观察及效果。方法选取2012年1月—2015年1月银川市口腔医院临床收治牙列缺损患者中随机抽取的78例。将上述78例牙列缺损患者随机分为传统组39例和新型组39例。传统组采取传统义齿修复的方法进行治疗,新型组采用口腔种植修复进行治疗。比较1牙列缺损修复效果;2修复后牙槽骨近中、远中骨吸收量;3修复稳固性良好性、美观度的差异。结果 1新型组较之传统组牙列缺损修复效果更高,新型组为95.24%,传统组为75.61%(P<0.05);2新型组较之传统组修复后牙槽骨近中、远中骨吸收量更小(P<0.05),其中,新型组分别为(0.50±0.13)、(0.55±0.11)mm,传统组分别为(0.57±0.22)、(0.59±0.21)mm;3新型组较之传统组修复稳固性、咀嚼功能良好性、美观度评分(8.51±1.41)分、(8.51±1.61)分、(9.62±0.21)分更高(P<0.05)。结论口腔种植修复牙列缺损的美学效果确切,可减少骨吸收,稳固性良好,还可改善患者咀嚼功能,美观度好,值得推广。Objective To research the aesthetic observation and effect of oral implant rehabilitation of defect of dentition.Methods 78 cases of patients with defect of dentition admitted and treated in the Yinchuan Stomatological Hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were randomly extracted and randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each, the traditional group adopted the traditional denture restoration method for treatment, while the newly group adopted the oral implant rehabilitation for treatment, and the defect of dentition effect, mesial and distal bone absorption and differences in the stability and well-formedness of rehabilitation and beauty were compared between the two groups. Results 1The rehabilitation effect in the newly group was higher than that in the traditional defect of dentition group,（95.24% vs 75.61%）（P0.05）;2The mesial and distal bone absorption in the newly group[（0.50±0.13）mm and（0.55±0.11）mm] was less than that in the traditional group [（0.57±0.22）mm and（0.59±0.21）mm]（P0.05）; 3the stability, well-formedness of masticatory function and beauty in the newly group were respectively（8.51±1.41）points,（8.51±1.61）points,（9.62±0.21）points, which were higher than those in the traditional group（P0.05）. Conclusion The aesthetic effect of oral implant rehabilitation of defect of dentition is definite, which can reduce the bone absorption and improve the masticatory function of patients with good stability and beauty, which is worth promotion.
