沈阳高校大学生创新创业管理制度构建——以沈阳大学为例

摘　　要：以沈阳市为基础,指出了沈阳高校要从相关理论研究、丰富和完善培养模式、设置更加科学合理的课程和实践、开创教育实践基地等方面积极构建创新创业管理制度,并以沈阳大学为例,提出了通过构建沈阳高校大学生创新创业管理制度,推动区域社会经济的迅速发展,全面提升大学生创新创业素养,以增强我国人才在国际社会上的核心竞争力的新举措。Based on the situation of Shenyang city, this paper argues that universities and colleges in Shenyang are supposed to actively construct the innovative and entrepreneurial management sys- tem from such aspects as relevant theoretical research, enriching and improving the training mode, setting up more scientific and reasonable curriculum and practice, creating educational practice base, etc. On this basis, taken Shenyang University as an example, this paper further proposes certain new measures to construct college students＇ innovative and entrepreneurial management system, promote the rapid development of local social economy and improve their innovative and en- trepreneurial quality to enhance the core competitiveness of China＇s talents in the international community.
