摘 要:以典型的煤炭循环经济工业园为例,基于生命周期法对煤炭循环经济工业园的碳排放源进行追踪,构建了一种循环-低碳经济协同减排评价与决策模型。在此基础上核算了典型煤炭循环经济工业园整体CO2排放系数和煤炭循环经济减碳潜力,进而分析和评价了典型煤炭产业链的温室气体排放系数及煤炭循环经济减碳潜力。研究表明,煤炭循环经济的低碳价值占整体碳排放系数的7.81%,循环经济有一定减碳效果。同时研究指出煤炭利用环节CO2排放系数较高,提高煤炭的利用效率是整个煤炭循环经济工业园的减排方向;煤炭-煤化工产业链的温室气体排放系数较煤炭-电厂产业链的温室气体排放系数较低,科学适度地发展煤制甲醇技术在一定程度上可以缓解煤炭产业碳排放量的增长。Circular economy (CE) is a sustainable development strategy to improve the efficiency of energy use and to reduce CO2 emissions. This study provides some typical coal circular economy examples which have been developed in a number of pilot areas in China, and presents some pathways implemented for greenhouse gas emissions reduction. Based on LCA, carbon emission sources of coal circular economy industrial park are examined and the econometric models for total coal circular economy industrial park and each sectors are constructed to measure carbon emissions based on CO2 equivalent emissions coefficient per unit generating capacity, then with detailed calculations, this study analyzes and evaluates greenhouse gas emission level of some typical coal industry chain. Results show that the CO2 equivalent emissions coefficient of the coal utilization is higher than other part of coal industry chain, which is the major process of CO2 emissions, so more efficient use of coal is required for the entire emissions reduction of coal circular economy industrial park; besides CO2 equivalent emissions coefficient of coal-to-power plant chain is higher than that of coal-to-coal chemical industry chain thus, scientific and modest development of coal-to-methanol technology can to some extent alleviate the coal industry carbon emissions growth; Finally, the value of the low-carbon in coal circular economy is examined, according to the calculated results, the carbon reduction effect of coal circular economy is 7.81% of the entire CO2 equivalent emissions coefficient of the of coal circular economy industrial park.
