摘　　要：配电网带电作业是提高供电质量的重要手段。为解决传统地电位带电作业法绝缘隔离方式复杂、耗时长的问题,快速、有效地对带电导线进行防护,研制出一种新型的绝缘隔离工具。该工具采用双体U形设计,实践证明该工具具有绝缘效果好、操作灵活快捷等优点,可缩短隔离时间,减轻劳动强度,大幅提高地电位带电作业效率,具有推广使用价值。T he distribution line live working is an important means to improve the reliability of power supply.The traditional insulating method for ground potential live working is complicated and time-consuming.In order to insulate live wire quickly and effectively in the process of live working, a new kind of insulating tool for 10 kV distribution line is developed.The tool is designed by double U shape.Practices show that the tool has advantages of being effective and flexible.It can not only shorten the time of insulation and reduce labor intensity, but also improve the efficiency of live working. In short, the tool has high practical value.
