论散杂居地区民族互嵌社区的构建——基于贵阳市乌当区的个案调查  

On the Construction of Mixed Communities in Mixed Ethnic Areas——A Case Study of Wudang District of Guiyang City

摘　　要：以贵阳市乌当区为例,从居住空间互嵌、文化互嵌、经济互嵌三个方面对其多民族和谐互嵌社区建设进行分析,认为推动散杂居民族地区各民族互嵌应该做到以下三点:一是丰富和完善"民族互嵌型"居住空间配套设施建设,加强社区服务管理;二是大力宣传历史文化,凝聚群众力量,增强社区各民族的历史认同感;三是充分发挥民族精英的引领作用,增进彼此交流。Taking Wudang district of Guiyang city as an example, this paper analyzes the construction of mixed ethnic communities in terms of spatial mixture, cultural mixture and economic mixture and then finds three results. The first is to enrich and enhance the construction of residence space and rela- tive infrastructure for ethnic mixtures and strengthen the management of community service. The second is to propagandize the historical culture and gather the strength of people and strengthen the identity of history of ethnic communities. The third is to take advantage of the leading role of ethnic elites and pro- mote the mutual communication.
