紫鹊界梯田农业文化遗产保护的村民主体分析与对策

摘　　要：紫鹊界梯田区的农业文化保护的系统要素包括其体现人地协同进化的传统可持续农耕思想与农耕技术、农耕习俗与农业制度以及传统民居与聚落系统。实地调查与分析结果显示,当地村民对紫鹊界梯田遗产的物质性文化认知程度较高,对非物质性文化认知程度较低;传承度年龄差异明显,传承现状令人堪忧;影响文化传承的主要因素是年轻人大量外出与现代农业的冲击;村民的保护主体态度积极,影响农户行为的主要因素是政府的宣传与政策。建议强化梯田区社区化管理、建立村民与相关企业之间的惠益共享和产业反哺机制、编制文化手册、开办文化传习班等,以提高村民对传统农业文化保护传承自觉性与参与度。The cultural elements of the Ziquejie terrace field heritage system include its traditional farming technologies, traditional farming practices and agricultural systems and traditional houses and settlement systems containing the traditional sustainable farming idea of man-land co-evolution.Fieldwork and analysis showed that the villager＇s awareness of the material cul- ture was higher than non-material cultural awareness. Age difference of the inheritance was obvious and the heritage status is worrying.The main factors of affecting the cultural heritage was a large number of young people going out and the impact of modern agriculture. The main body attitude of villager＇s protection was active and the major factor affecting propagating behavior of villagers lied in the government＇s propagating and policy.Accordingly, and finally, the author has put forward a series of countermeasures.
