摘　　要：任何一个企业的发展,都有一个灵魂在起支撑作用,这个灵魂就是企业文化。企业文化渗透于企业员工的思想,影响着高层的决策,左右着员工的行为,对企业发展起着重要的提升作用。对内,它是团队统一行动的指南;对外,它是企业形象和核心竞争力的体现。从企业的形象、可持续发展、核心竞争力等方面入手,阐述企业文化对企业发展提升作用的重要性。The development of any enterprise,there is a soul in a support role,the soul is the corporate culture.Enterprise culture permeates the enterprise staff＇s thought,affecting the high-level decision,about the staff＇s behavior,the promotion enterprise＇s development play an important role.Internally,it is a team unity guide to action; Abroad,it is a reflection of corporate image and the core competitiveness.This article tries to the enterprise culture function from the enterprise＇s image to the promotion of enterprise development,sustainable development,the core competitiveness of the importance of corporate culture.
