摘　　要：新时期以来随着我国医疗事业的快速发展,绩效管理对于促进医院的高效管理,促进医院管理水平的提升都起到重要的推动作用,但是如今很多医院在绩效管理中存在一些问题影响了绩效管理效果。本文分析了医院绩效管理的重要意义以及现在绩效管理中存在的问题,并对新时期加强医院绩效管理提出了几点建议。Since the new period,with the rapid development of chinese medical cause performance management plays an important role to promote the efficient management and management level of the hospital,but now many hospitals have some problems in the performance management affecting the effects of performance management.This paper analyzes the significance of the hospital performance management and some questions existing in performance management now,and offers some proposals to strengthen the hospital performance management in the new period.
